New Chemical Technologies Company was founded in Saint-Petersburg in 2006 as a company for the wholesale of industrial chemicals, including raw materials for the production of synthetic detergents.

In 2015, New Chemical Technologies launched a modern automated factory for the production of high-quality household chemicals and professional liquid detergents in the Leningrad region near the border with Finland.

In the summer of 2016, the factory of New Chemical Technologies was equipped with a new manufacturing line for the production of WELLERY and Palmia products in doy-pack packages and bottles.

In August 2017 New Chemical Technologies company released a new line of economical, eco–friendly and effective products under the WELLERY ECO brand, and in the fall of 2017 - a line of universal detergents for waterproof surfaces under the Mr. Glatt brand.

In 2018, the dishwasher detergent Palmia Automatica was awarded a diploma for first place in the nomination "Best automatic dishwashing detergent" by the world's largest German chemical concern – BASF. The evaluation of the product was carried out by experts working with international leaders of the chemical industry.
